Applicability

The General Terms and Conditions below apply to all offers and transactions of Udupiwala. Prices are subject to change.

By accepting an offer or making an order, the consumer expressly accepts the applicability of these General Terms and Conditions.

All rights and entitlements stipulated for Udupiwala in these General Terms and Conditions and any further agreements will also apply for intermediaries and other third parties deployed by Udupiwala.

Quality

The restaurant guarantees that all the products offered meet the standards of the concept.

If there are any complaints the management needs to be informed immediately. Appropriate actions will be taken as soon as possible.

Prices/offers

All offers made by Udupiwala are without obligation and Udupiwala expressly reserves the right to change the prices, in particular if this is necessary as a result of statutory or other regulations.

 All prices are indicated in Rupees.

Udupiwala cannot be held to any price indications that are clearly incorrect, for example as a result of obvious typesetting or printing errors. No rights may be derived from incorrect price information.

Cancellations

Before confirming your order, always check carefully that you have ordered the correct number of portions of dishes. Wrongfully ordered are not cancelable.

Once order placed and cooked, is not cancelable.

Payments

All prices are inclusive of GST.

 Methods of payment we accept: Cash, Debit and credit cards.

Disclaimer

We bring to the notice of all concerned that any of the Udupiwala Restaurants never seek for any of its customers pin no/ passwords/ OTP/ CVV of their credit cards or debit or any other personal financial details.

For any such type of sharing of personal financial details by any of the existing or prospective customer with any third parties, Udupiwala shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any losses or damage.

Restaurant management is not responsible for any loss, damage or theft of belongings of guests in the restaurant and in guest’s vehicle parked in restaurant parking area.

Restaurant timings will be vary as per Government norms.
