The General Terms and Conditions below apply to all offers and transactions of Udupiwala. Prices are subject to change.

By accepting an offer or making an order, the consumer expressly accepts the applicability of these General Terms and Conditions.

All rights and entitlements stipulated for Udupiwala in these General Terms and Conditions and any further agreements will also apply for intermediaries and other third parties deployed by Udupiwala.


The restaurant guarantees that all the products offered meet the standards of the concept.

If there are any complaints the management needs to be informed immediately. Appropriate actions will be taken as soon as possible.


All offers made by Udupiwala are without obligation and Udupiwala expressly reserves the right to change the prices, in particular if this is necessary as a result of statutory or other regulations.

 All prices are indicated in Rupees.

Udupiwala cannot be held to any price indications that are clearly incorrect, for example as a result of obvious typesetting or printing errors. No rights may be derived from incorrect price information.


Before confirming your order, always check carefully that you have ordered the correct number of portions of dishes. Wrongfully ordered are not cancelable.

Once order placed and cooked, is not cancelable.


All prices are inclusive of GST.

 Methods of payment we accept: Cash, Debit and credit cards.


We bring to the notice of all concerned that any of the Udupiwala Restaurants never seek for any of its customers pin no/ passwords/ OTP/ CVV of their credit cards or debit or any other personal financial details.

For any such type of sharing of personal financial details by any of the existing or prospective customer with any third parties, Udupiwala shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any losses or damage.

Restaurant management is not responsible for any loss, damage or theft of belongings of guests in the restaurant and in guest’s vehicle parked in restaurant parking area.

Restaurant timings will be vary as per Government norms.

Franchise Terms & Conditions

Please note that the following terms and conditions for a restaurant franchisee are for informational purposes only and may not be comprehensive or suitable for all situations. It is highly recommended that you seek the advice of a legal professional before drafting any formal agreement.

Grant of Franchise: The franchisor grants the franchisee the right to operate a restaurant using the franchisor's brand, trademark, and system. The franchisee agrees to operate the restaurant in accordance with the franchisor's system and to use the franchisor's trademarks and trade dress.

Fees: The franchisee agrees to pay the franchisor an initial franchise fee, as well as ongoing royalties and advertising fees, in exchange for the right to use the franchisor's system and trademarks. The franchisee also agrees to pay for any training, support, or additional services provided by the franchisor.

Site Selection and Construction: The franchisor may provide the franchisee with guidelines for selecting and constructing the restaurant location. The franchisee is responsible for finding and securing a suitable site for the restaurant, as well as constructing the restaurant in accordance with the franchisor's guidelines.

Training and Support: The franchisor may provide the franchisee with training and support on the operation of the restaurant, including initial training for the franchisee and any staff, ongoing training, and operational support. The franchisee agrees to participate in any training and to follow the franchisor's guidelines for the operation of the restaurant.

Operations Manual: The franchisor may provide the franchisee with an operations manual, which includes the franchisor's system for the operation of the restaurant. The franchisee agrees to follow the guidelines and procedures set out in the operations manual and to update the manual as required.

Branding and Marketing: The franchisee agrees to use the franchisor's trademarks, trade dress, and other branding materials in the operation of the restaurant. The franchisee may be required to participate in advertising and marketing campaigns developed by the franchisor.

Term and Renewal: The franchisee is granted the right to operate the restaurant for a specific term, which may be renewable. The franchisee may be required to meet certain performance criteria in order to renew the franchise agreement.

Termination and Transfer: The franchise agreement may be terminated by the franchisor for breach of the agreement or for other reasons as set out in the agreement. The franchisee may also have the right to terminate the agreement, subject to certain conditions. The franchisee may also be able to transfer the franchise to another party, subject to the franchisor's approval.

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure: The franchisee agrees to keep confidential any information provided by the franchisor, including the franchisor's system, trade secrets, and customer information. The franchisee agrees not to disclose this information to any third party, except as required by law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: The franchise agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the restaurant is located. Any disputes arising from the agreement will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures set out in the agreement.
