Our specialty is our herbs and spices. We grow our own spices like turmeric, coriander, ginger etc., by ourselves in our farms in Bana and Bilaspur. We believe in quality, not in quantity. It’s our vision and commitment to give best taste and healthy food to our guests. In recent time period we realized that to maintain the quality of ingredients, which we use in our recipes is very important. We use biological materials to maintain soil fertility and ecological balance thereby minimizing pollution and wastage. We avoid using of synthetic based fertilizers and pesticides.

Bana Farm
Mr. Joseph owned his second organic farm– a farm in the hills, at Bana near Nainital The decision to have one farm in the hills was intentional. Bana is the pre British era village. The Bana farm hosts cultivation of ginger, garlic and turmeric; the location and altitude of the place adds to the quality of the produce. The atmosphere of Bana is totally suitable for herbs and spices. Bana is the place of cultivation of ginger, garlic, turmeric etc. since many centuries.
